More Details on Our Top Picks
Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
This advent calendar stands out for its 24 tiny, holiday-themed Micromallows, making it a delightful daily surprise during the Christmas season. Compared with the larger plush options like Fleur the Yule Log, the Micromallows are more about collection and countdown fun rather than cuddling. The micro size means it’s less appealing for those seeking plush toys for hugging or play, but it’s perfect for fans who love miniature collectibles. The official Squishmallows seal ensures authenticity, and the compact size makes it easy to gift or store. However, the tiny size might disappoint children or collectors wanting a plush to hold or display prominently. This pick makes the most sense for holiday enthusiasts who enjoy seasonal collectibles and don’t mind the micro scale.
Pros:- Includes 24 holiday-themed Micromallows for daily surprises
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
- Compact size perfect for collection or gifting
Cons:- Small size may be less appealing for those seeking larger plush toys
- Limited to holiday season only
- Some may find the micro size too tiny for play
Best for: Holiday collectors or fans of seasonal countdowns seeking a compact, collectible advent set
Not ideal for: Children or plush lovers wanting larger, cuddly toys for play or display
- Size:2.5 inches
- Number of Items:24
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“Ideal for dedicated collectors and holiday countdown enthusiasts who appreciate miniature plush surprises.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) – Amazon Exclusive
This 4-pack offers a festive mix of plush characters, including Ingred the Purple Cow and Luna the Penguin, making it a versatile choice for gifting or collection. Compared with the larger 10-inch Chase HugMees, this set is more suitable for younger children or those wanting multiple smaller plushes to display or cuddle. The plushes are very soft and ultrasoft, enhancing their cuddling appeal, but some buyers might find the size too small for older kids or collectors seeking larger display pieces. The exclusive Amazon availability makes it a convenient gift option, although the limited variety of characters may leave some wanting more diversity. It’s best suited for holiday gift buyers who want a variety of cute, plush characters in one bundle.
Pros:- Soft and ultrasoft material for cuddling
- Includes a variety of festive characters with unique bios
- Exclusive Amazon bundle makes a great gift
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed characters
- May be too small for some collectors seeking larger plush
- Some reviews mention variability in plush quality
Best for: Parents or gift-givers seeking a set of soft, festive plush toys for children or new collectors
Not ideal for: Collectors wanting larger, more display-worthy plush or those seeking non-holiday-themed characters
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Plush
- Number of Items:4
Our verdict“Best for gift-givers wanting a cute, soft, and festive plush set for kids or new collectors during the holidays.”
Squishmallows Original Paw Patrol 10in Holiday Chase HugMees Plush
This 10-inch Chase plush combines licensed franchise appeal with Squishmallows’ signature softness, making it ideal for fans who want a plush they can hug or display. Compared to Fleur the Yule Log’s more decorative design, Chase offers a more traditional plush form suited for cuddling and active play. Its size hits a middle ground—small enough for kids to hug comfortably but large enough to serve as a display piece. However, it caters specifically to Paw Patrol enthusiasts or Squishmallows fans, limiting its appeal for those uninterested in the franchise. While the plush is very soft and well-made, it may be too small for collectors wanting a more substantial display piece. It’s perfect for fans who want a licensed character with a cuddly, approachable size.
Pros:- Soft and cuddly plush toy
- Officially licensed product with franchise appeal
- Perfect size for hugging and display
Cons:- Limited to fans of Paw Patrol or Squishmallows
- May be too small for collectors seeking larger plush
- Design is character-specific, limiting versatility
Best for: Paw Patrol fans or parents seeking a licensed, cuddly plush for hugging or bedroom decor
Not ideal for: Collectors wanting larger or more decorative plush for display only, or those outside the franchise fandom
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Character:Chase
- Size:10 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Theme:Holiday, Paw Patrol
Our verdict“Ideal for young Paw Patrol fans or collectors seeking a licensed, cuddly plush with franchise flair.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) (Amazon Exclusive)
This set offers four distinct characters—Maritza the Cactus, Stevon the Golden Retriever, Clayton the Blue Cow, and Tinsley the Peppermint Latte—making it a versatile collection for fans of various themes. Compared with the Micromallows advent calendar, this set provides slightly larger plushes, making it more suitable for cuddling and display. The plushes are very soft and high-quality, with each character having a unique personality, which appeals to those wanting more than just holiday decoration. The limited four-pack may feel restrictive for buyers seeking larger collections, and the size details are less clear, which could influence purchasing decisions. This set is best suited for gift-givers or collectors who want a small, themed variety of plush for the holidays.
Pros:- Soft and high-quality plush material
- Includes four unique and themed characters
- Official Jazwares product, exclusive to Amazon
Cons:- Limited to 4-pack, may not suit those wanting more variety
- No specific size information provided
- Exclusive to Amazon, may be harder to find elsewhere
Best for: Gift buyers or collectors seeking a small, themed plush assortment with high-quality materials
Not ideal for: Those wanting larger plush or a broader variety of characters, or for long-term display collections
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Characters:Maritza, Stevon, Clayton, Tinsley
- Theme:Holiday
Our verdict“Best for holiday gift-givers or collectors looking for a small, high-quality plush set with distinct characters.”
Squishmallows 8in Fleur The Yule Log Plush
This 8-inch Fleur the Yule Log plush offers a charming, festive addition to holiday decor or cuddly collection. Compared with Chase HugMees, Fleur’s more decorative and unique character design makes it stand out as a seasonal ornament or a smaller plush for cuddling. Its size makes it easy to tuck into holiday displays or gift bags, but it might be considered small for those seeking a more substantial plush for cuddling or display prominence. The single-character focus limits variety for buyers wanting multiple characters, but the high-quality, ultrasoft material ensures a cozy feel. This plush is best suited for those wanting a distinctive holiday-themed piece to enhance seasonal decor or for children who prefer smaller cuddly companions.
Pros:- Soft and high-quality material for cuddling
- Official licensed Squishmallows product
- Unique character with a festive theme
Cons:- Limited to 8-inch size, may be small for cuddling
- Only available in one character design
- Limited versatility beyond holiday decor
Best for: Holiday decorators or fans wanting a festive, small plush to add seasonal charm
Not ideal for: Collectors or children seeking larger plush for long-term cuddling or display
- Size:8 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Character:Fleur the Yule Log
Our verdict“Perfect for holiday decor or small cuddly gifts, especially for those who prefer seasonal themed plush.”
Squishmallows 10-Inch Ignacio Snowman Holiday Plush
This 10-inch Ignacio Snowman stands out as the best overall choice for holiday gifting, thanks to its super soft, cuddly texture and charming snowman character. It encourages imaginative play, making it ideal for kids who love holiday-themed stories, yet its limited character range might make it less appealing for collectors seeking variety. Compared with the smaller Micromallows Advent Calendar, this plush offers a more substantial size and huggability for everyday use, but it lacks the seasonal surprise element. Its single size and character focus are tradeoffs for a straightforward, versatile gift that appeals to both kids and fans of cozy plush toys.
Pros:- Super soft and cuddly plush material enhances comfort and playability
- Charming snowman character fits holiday decor and themes
- Encourages imaginative storytelling for young children
- Great for holiday gifts or seasonal decor
Cons:- Limited to just one character, reducing collectible variety
- Only available in one size, which might not satisfy plush collectors seeking larger or multiple options
Best for: Parents and gift givers looking for a soft, holiday-themed plush to spark imaginative play for children aged 3 and up.
Not ideal for: Collectors who prefer a wider variety of characters or larger plush sizes, as this is limited to a single snowman design and 10 inches.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Model Name:SQXM01071
- Item Type:Stuffed Toy
- Character:Snowman
- Size:10 inches
- Age Range:3 years and up
Our verdict“This plush makes an excellent holiday gift for young kids or casual collectors seeking a soft, themed plush for seasonal fun.”
Squishmallows Original Harvest 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) – Amazon Exclusive
This exclusive 4-pack offers a delightful mix of characters including Ulana the Turkey and Alberta the Maple Latte, making it perfect for those who want a variety of festive plush companions. Compared with the Micromallows Advent Calendar, which features tiny plushes, this set provides slightly larger, more huggable sizes, although it’s still on the smaller side. The plushes are made of ultrasoft material, ensuring comfort, but since it’s an Amazon exclusive, availability might be limited for some shoppers. The individual bios add a fun storytelling element, making this set appealing for both collectors and kids who love character backstories.
Pros:- Includes four different holiday-themed plush characters
- Ultrasoft plush material enhances cuddling comfort
- Unique bios add personality and storytelling appeal
- Exclusive bundle available only on Amazon
Cons:- Limited to Amazon availability, which may restrict access
- Small size may not satisfy collectors seeking larger plushes
- No accessories included to enhance play or display
Best for: Families seeking a cost-effective way to add multiple adorable holiday plushes to their collection or gift list.
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting larger plush toys or those who prefer a specific character focus, as this set emphasizes variety over size or theme consistency.
- Includes:4 plush characters
- Characters:Ulana, River, Rhett, Alberta
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Exclusive:Amazon Exclusive
Our verdict“This set provides a great value for those wanting multiple festive plushes, especially for gifting or holiday decoration.”
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar
This advent calendar offers a fun twist on holiday plush collections, featuring 24 tiny Micromallows, including characters like Brooke the Polar Bear. It’s ideal for fans who enjoy daily surprises and miniature collectibles, but its 2.5-inch size limits cuddling potential compared with larger plush options like the 14-inch Holiday Fox. Compared to the Micromallows Wreath, which groups smaller plushes, this calendar emphasizes the countdown experience, making it more suitable for holiday-specific gifting. Its collectible appeal hinges on individual interest, and it’s only viable during the holiday season, which might limit year-round use or display.
Pros:- Includes 24 unique holiday-themed tiny plush toys
- Encourages daily anticipation and collection building
- Compact size for easy display or gifting
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
Cons:- Limited size reduces cuddling or play value
- Only useful during the holiday season
- Collection worth depends heavily on personal interest in each character
Best for: Holiday enthusiasts and collectors who enjoy daily unwrapping surprises and displaying small seasonal plushes.
Not ideal for: Those seeking plush toys for cuddling or long-term display, as the tiny size is less suited for hugging or cozy play.
- Size:2.5 inches
- Number of Items:24
- Theme:Holiday
Our verdict“This advent calendar appeals most to holiday collectors who enjoy daily surprises and miniature plushes for seasonal decor.”
Squishmallows Holiday Fox 14” Plush
The 14-inch Holiday Fox stands out as a premium choice for collectors who want a more substantial, high-quality plush with a festive theme. Made from ultrasoft, durable material, it offers a more premium feel than smaller or micro plush options like the Micromallows sets. Its detailed design and unique bio make it a special, collectible piece, but the limited details available suggest it’s primarily for dedicated fans rather than casual buyers. Compared to the smaller Wreath plush, this size delivers a more impressive display presence, though at a higher price point and potentially less portability.
Pros:- Ultra-soft, high-quality plush material
- Large 14-inch size provides impressive display presence
- Unique name and bio add collectible value
- Official Squishmallows product with detailed design
Cons:- Limited detailed features or accessories beyond size and softness
- Higher price may be a barrier for some buyers
- Less portable for travel or everyday cuddling compared to smaller plushes
Best for: Serious plush collectors and fans seeking a high-quality, holiday-themed centerpiece for their collection or decor.
Not ideal for: Casual buyers or those on a tight budget, as its larger size and premium materials come with a higher price tag and fewer features for everyday play.
- Size:14 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Design:Holiday Fox
Our verdict“Ideal for dedicated collectors and fans who want a high-quality, festive plush that makes a statement in any holiday display.”
Squishmallows Micromallows 4-Pack Holiday Wreath
This 4-pack of Micromallows Wreaths offers a charming collection of tiny, holiday-themed plush characters like Falala the Fawn and Guri the Gnome. It’s perfect for decorating small spaces or adding a festive touch to existing collections, but the very small size limits its cuddling appeal and makes it less suitable as a primary plush for children seeking larger toys. Compared with the Advent Calendar, which provides daily surprises, this set emphasizes immediate display and collection. Its limited size makes it more of a decorative item than a cuddly companion, which is a key consideration for buyers seeking plush toys primarily for hugging.
Pros:- Cute holiday-themed characters in tiny 2.5-inch size
- Perfect for holiday decor, ornaments, or small collections
- Official Squishmallows product ensures quality
- Easy to display or gift due to compact size
Cons:- Limited size reduces cuddling or playability
- Holiday-specific theme may limit use outside the season
- Small size may be less engaging for children seeking larger plush toys
Best for: Holiday decorators and collectors who want adorable, miniature plushes to enhance seasonal decor or add to existing displays.
Not ideal for: Children or plush enthusiasts seeking larger, cuddly toys for play or long-term use, as these are primarily decorative miniatures.
- Size:2.5 inches
- Quantity:4-pack
- Theme:Holiday
Our verdict“This set is perfect for those wanting tiny, festive plushes to decorate or collect during the holidays, rather than for cuddling or play.”
How We Picked
I evaluated these squishmallows holiday options based on several key factors: overall design quality, holiday theme relevance, variety and exclusivity, size and price balance, and user appeal. Products that combined festive appeal with durable, appealing plush quality ranked higher. I also considered whether the item offers something unique—such as countdown features or limited editions—that enhances its holiday value. The final ranking reflects how well each product fits into a holiday collection or gift scenario, weighing practicality against collectability and festive charm.| squishmallows holiday list | Theme |

Factors to Consider When Choosing Squishmallows Holiday List
Choosing the right squishmallows holiday plush involves more than just picking a cute character. Consider how the size impacts your display or gifting plans—smaller Micromallows are perfect for stocking stuffers, while larger plushes make a statement as decor. Think about whether you want a themed set, like an advent calendar, or a single standout piece, like Fleur. Price is another factor; exclusive or limited-edition packs tend to cost more but offer more collectability. Durability and plush quality matter if the item will be handled frequently or used as a cuddle companion. Lastly, consider the recipient’s preferences—whether they favor classic characters or holiday-specific designs—to ensure the gift hits the mark.Size and Display Options
Size influences both price and how the squishmallow fits into holiday decor or gifting situations. Smaller Micromallows work well for stockings or as part of a larger display, but they might lack the cuddly presence of larger plushes. Conversely, larger 14-inch characters serve as festive decorations or memorable gifts but come with a higher price tag. Knowing how you plan to use the plush helps determine the ideal size, balancing display impact with affordability.Theme and Character Selection
Holiday-themed squishmallows range from classic characters to seasonal designs like snowmen or holiday animals. Decide whether you want a set that counts down to Christmas, such as advent calendars, or a single character that captures the holiday spirit. Themed plushes offer a cohesive aesthetic, but sometimes, mixing characters can create a more personalized collection. Consider the recipient’s favorite characters or colors for a more meaningful gift.Price and Value
Price varies widely based on size, exclusivity, and packaging. Sets like the holiday 4-pack often provide better per-unit value but might lack the uniqueness of limited-edition plushes. Advent calendars may seem costly upfront but include multiple plushes, making them a good value for collectors or kids who love surprises. Always compare the cost against the number of plushes and their quality to ensure you’re getting the best deal.Durability and Plush Quality
Holiday squishmallows should withstand handling, especially if they’re meant to be used as gifts or decorations over multiple seasons. Look for plushes with sturdy stitching, soft but durable fabric, and well-made features. Cheaper or poorly constructed plushes may lose fluff or unravel quickly, diminishing their appeal. Quality plushes tend to hold their shape and softness longer, making them a better investment for year-round display.Collector Appeal and Uniqueness
Limited editions or exclusive designs tend to attract collectors and make holiday gifts feel more special. If you’re aiming for a gift that will be cherished or a plush that stands out in a collection, consider characters like Fleur or Ignacio with distinctive themes. However, these options often come at a higher price point. Balancing rarity with your budget is key—sometimes, a well-chosen standard plush can be just as appreciated.Frequently Asked Questions
Are squishmallows suitable for young children during the holidays?
Yes, squishmallows are generally safe for children, especially the plush versions designed with soft, non-toxic materials. However, always check for small parts or features that could pose a choking hazard for very young kids. For holiday use, choose plushes with secure stitching and no loose accessories. They can serve as cuddly companions or festive decorations, making them a versatile choice for children of various ages.
Is it better to buy a set or individual squishmallows for the holidays?
Buying a set, such as the holiday 4-pack or advent calendar, offers better overall value and variety, especially if you’re shopping for multiple recipients or want a festive collection. Sets often include themed characters that complement each other, creating a cohesive holiday display. Individual plushes, on the other hand, allow for more personalized gifting, especially if you know the recipient’s favorite character or prefer a specific size or design. Your choice depends on whether you prioritize value or customization.
Do limited-edition squishmallows sell out quickly during the holidays?
Limited-edition or exclusive squishmallows often sell out fast due to high demand, especially around holiday seasons. If there’s a specific character or set you want, it’s wise to purchase early or from authorized retailers. Waiting too long might mean missing out or facing inflated secondary market prices. Planning ahead ensures you secure the desired plush without stress, particularly for special gifts or collectors’ items.
Are larger squishmallows more expensive, and are they worth the cost?
Generally, larger squishmallows cost more because they require more material and manufacturing effort. Their size makes them more impactful as decorations or cuddle companions, which can justify the higher price for many buyers. If you want a plush that makes a statement or serves as a focal point in holiday decor, investing in a larger one can be worthwhile. However, for budget-conscious shoppers or secondary gifts, smaller plushes might provide better value.
How do I care for my squishmallows holiday plush to keep them festive year after year?
To maintain your squishmallows’ softness and appearance, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed. Avoid machine washing unless the manufacturer specifies it’s safe, as this can damage the plush and stuffing. Store them in a dry, cool place between holiday seasons to prevent fading or dust buildup. Proper care ensures your plush remains a cheerful part of your holiday traditions for many years.
Conclusion
For the best overall holiday squishmallow, the Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar offers a delightful countdown experience that appeals to collectors and kids alike. Those seeking value should consider the Original Holiday 4-Pack for a variety of festive characters at a reasonable price. If premium quality and limited-edition appeal matter most, the Fleur The Yule Log Plush makes a charming, decorative choice. Beginners or gift-givers might prefer the smaller Micromallows or themed sets for ease of use, while collectors should look for exclusive designs like Ignacio or holiday sets. Ultimately, your pick depends on whether you prioritize size, exclusivity, or budget—each option has a clear role based on your holiday needs.
